Math Club
The Marist College Mathematics Club is open to all students and is affiliated
with the Mathematical Association of America. During the academic year, the
Math Club sponsors lectures and social events, coordinates the Problem Solving
Competition, enters a team in the annual Putnam Competition, and performs
community service.
Summer Research
For those students interested in a summer research experience in mathematics, they can look at the site Research Experiences for Undergraduates.
Marist College Putnam Team
I am also one of the coaches of the Marist College Putnam Team
The Putnam is a competitive examination in collegiate mathematics that is given annually to contestants from colleges and universities in the United States and Canada. Participating schools enter a three member team and as many individual competitors as they want. Prizes are awarded to the top five teams and the top twenty five individuals.
