Teams will consist of 6 players, one of which is a goalkeeper. If you are
unable to field a full team you may play under-manned
if you wish or you must
forfeit.
There will be two 20 minutes halves with a 3 minute break in between. Clock
stopped only by the
ref for injuries, ejections, etc. There are no off-sides.
Game balls will be provided; teams must bring their own balls for practice
though.
If both teams agree a substitute ball can be used for game play.
Goalies can only touch the ball with their hands inside the
box. Deliberate
passes to the goalie made by a teammate can not be played with their hands
unless the ball is headed.
During Regular
season there will be two 5 minute overtimes, not sudden death.
If the score is still tied after the overtimes the game will end in
a tie. For the playoffs, overtime will be sudden death.
Slide tackling and rough play are not permitted and will be penalized.
There is no dirty play or slide tackling while in the gym. All games are friendly and sportsmanship is required.
