1. Each team will have 6 players on the field at a time.
2. The offensive team must have one player snap the football and remain behind the line of scrimmage to block. He is not eligible to receive a pass or cross the line of scrimmage until the ball has been caught past the line of scrimmage. Snapping the football may be done by simply tossing the ball back to the quarterback. This center position can be the same player each play, or it may be rotated among different players.

4. There will be one first down marker, at midfield. The offense will have four downs to reach this first down marker. If the offense obtains the “first down,” it will then have four downs to score a touchdown from there.
5. Kicking: If the offense reaches fourth down, it may punt the ball. Fake punts are allowed. However, there will be no kickoffs. At the start of each half and following a touchdown, the team with the ball will start at a designated spot in their side of the field.
6. A ball-carrier is “down” when one of his flags has been ripped off his belt. The ball will be placed at the spot where the ball-carrier’s flag was ripped off.
7. Officials must have knowledge of general football rules and penalties, for penalties will be called and enforced.
