8. Substitutions may be made after a play has been whistled dead.
9. Touchdowns are worth 6 points. Upon scoring a touchdown, teams will have two options: attempt one extra point by running a play from the 5 yard line, or attempt two extra points by running a play from the 10 yard line.
10. Games will be 40 minutes long, including two 20-minute halves and a 5-minute halftime. Each half will be running time, regardless of incomplete passes and ball-carriers running out of bounds. The exception: the clock will stop ONLY during the last minute of the game. An incomplete pass or a ball-carrier running out of bounds will stop the clock.
11. Each team will have 2 timeouts per half, which will stop the clock. A timeout will last one minute.
12. Once the ball is spotted after a play is over, the offense will have 30 seconds to snap the ball before their next play, or a delay of game penalty will be called.
13. Each game will have 2 officials refereeing.
14. The quarterback may run at any time after the snap. The ball may also be handed off to a running back. One offensive player must snap the ball and stay in and block, but more than player may remain behind the line of scrimmage to block.
15. All defensive penalties will result in the offense advancing five yards and the repeat of the down. All offensive penalties will result in the offense moving back five yards and the repeat of the down.
