Teams and Equipment:
1) Teams will consist of 11 on field players and a goalie.
2) Each player will have a stick and athletic shoes.
When games start up we will
be wearing goggles.
Practices:
This will consist of 1-2 hours of drills, ball handling skills and pick up
games.
Games:
When these begin, the games will consist of two 15 minute halfs with 5 minute
break in between.
Rules:
1) Only 8 offensive
players can stand on the offensive side of the field.
2) There will be face-offs after every goal.
3) Illegal stick check will be called
4)
Cannot cover the ball with stick
5) Stick near the face will be called
6) After the whistle is blown, everyone must stand in place until
the whistle
blows again
