Teams and Equipment:

1. Teams will consist of seven (7) players on the field at one time.
2. Each player must have their own stick, shin guards, cleats/athletic shoes, and mouth guard.

Game:

1. Games will consist of two 20 minute halves, with a 5 minute half time.
2. Each team will be allowed one time out per game.
3. Overtime will only be played in playoff games. Overtime will be 5 minutes, the game will end when a team scores. If the score remains tied at the end of the 5 minutes, the game will go to penalty strokes. Each team will select 5 players to take alternating strokes against the opposing goalie. The team with the most penalty stroke goals wins.

Fouls:

A Player may not:

1. Shield or obstruct the ball from an opponent with the body or stick.
2. Have the ball touch her foot.
3. Hit the ball above the knee.
4. Raise the stick high, in a dangerous manner.
5. Hit, hook, hold, or interfere with an opponent’s stick.
6. Play the ball on the round side of the stick.
