1. Objective

- To score 11 points. Teams must always win by two (Unless specialty rules are in place).

2. Scoring

- A point is scored when a pass is sent to a player on the offensive team in a designated end zone area

3. Teams

- Teams are to be as equal in number as possible, substitutions will be made in order to keep an even number of players on each team on the field.

4. The Kickoff or “The Pull”

- At the end of each point scored, the team that scored must throw off to the defending team, who walks to the other end of the field of play. The players on the kicking team must stay behind the Frisbee on kickoff until it is released.
